By using Sheetaky you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

1. Nature of the content

The site provides Excel sheets and explanatory articles to help with calculation, organization and learning.

2. Engineering and financial disclaimer

We work to keep formulas and examples correct, but sheet results are indicative values. Do not rely on them alone for a design, construction work or a financial decision. Consult a qualified engineer, follow the code and specifications adopted in your country, and verify inputs and results before acting. Default values in examples (prices, productivity rates, factors) are illustrative and vary from project to project.

3. Permitted use

  • You may download the free sheets and use and edit them for personal or professional work, including your clients’ projects.
  • You may not resell the sheets or upload them to other websites as a standalone product, or remove the site name from them.
  • You may not use the site in a way that harms it or its visitors, or scrape its content heavily.

4. Intellectual property

The design, text, articles and sheet structure belong to the site and its owner Ziad Eltaky, and are protected by copyright. Short quotations with credit and a link to the page are welcome.

5. Paid versions in the future

We may add advanced paid sheets. Purchase terms and price will be shown clearly on the product page before any transaction.

6. Ads and links

The site may show ads and links to third parties. We are not responsible for their content or products.

7. Limitation of liability

The site and sheets are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from their use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
