Welcome to Sheetaky, an Arabic-first website of ready-made Excel sheets you can download for free, built for engineers, contractors and business owners across the Arab world.
Who is behind the site?
I am Ziad Eltaky, an Egyptian engineer living in Saudi Arabia, and the developer and owner of this site. The idea came from daily work on sites and in engineering offices: every time we needed a calculation, a bill of quantities or a payment certificate, we rebuilt the file from scratch. I gathered these files in one place, in Arabic and English, so you can start working straight away.
What you will find
- Electrical engineering: loads, cables and voltage drop, power factor, short circuit, lighting.
- Civil & structural: concrete, reinforcement, excavation and backfill.
- Quantity takeoff & pricing: bills of quantities, finishes and tiles takeoff, unit rate analysis, bid comparison.
- Project management & contracting: payment certificates, daily reports, earned value, subcontractor payments.
- General sheets: personal budget, loans, invoices, payroll, attendance, end of service.
How the sheets are built
Every sheet uses open formulas you can edit, is checked against hand-calculated examples, and is scanned for formula errors before it is published. Each sheet comes with an article that explains the idea and how to use it, and the Guides section goes deeper.

The sheets are helpers for calculation and organization. They do not replace a qualified engineer or the code adopted in your country. See the terms of use.
